We are always looking for natural born leaders and entrepreneurs to join our pub group.
Do you love good food and drink? Do you have an awareness of and care for how customers and staff feel? Do you have a natural tendency to do something as well as it can possibly be done? Optimistic warmth – a sense that their glass is always half full?
Depending on your skills, experience and desire, there are various managerial roles you can apply for. Our management roles will give you a chance to get to know one of our sites, getting you fully involved in the day to day running of as well as undertaking projects. During your time with us you will not only have the chance to help the General Manager/Head Chef (if that’s not you!) run the site but also develop your leadership, management, decision-making and communication skills.
